The most commonly used Agile Techniques in Small Teams - Requirements captured as User Stories, Wireframes are used for Designing UI, Acceptance Criteria to ensure Quality, MoSCoW for Requirements Prioritization, Story Points for Estimation, Burn Charts for monitoring Progress and Retrospectives to Learn and Adapt.
Burn Charts are used to track Progress of a Sprint. We have BurnUp as well as Burndown Charts. BurnUp Charts shows Completed Work and Total Work wherein Burndown Chart provides remaining work to be done.
